Timing
Either party may cancel before the next renewal. Final checkout terms will state the required notice channel, when cancellation becomes effective and what happens to any prepaid service period.
Safe disable
Cancellation may disable RevStack’s widget, AI answering, routing and automations in an approved sequence. It does not authorize deleting customer data or changing the customer’s original website, phone number or domain without the applicable approval.
Customer-owned assets
Customer-owned assets should be preserved. The final process will state what data or configuration can be exported, what limited operating records RevStack must retain and when provider access is removed.
