Information we collect
RevStack may collect the details you submit in a trial request or conversation, including your name, company, email address, phone number, business type, approximate inquiry volume and stated response gap. If Front Door is activated, the service may also process approved business facts, conversation and call metadata, appointment details, routing results, support records and limited usage data needed to deliver the service.
How we use information
We use this information to review requested trials, communicate about the request, configure and test the agreed service, answer and qualify inquiries, route approved outcomes, provide support, protect the service and measure whether it is working. Submitting a form does not create a charge or automatically activate service.
Service providers and disclosure
RevStack may use service providers for website hosting, communications, customer management, calendars, analytics, security and billing. They receive only the information reasonably needed for the function they provide. We do not sell personal information or disclose it for unrelated third-party marketing.
Customer control and retention
Customers control the business facts, lead-routing instructions, calendars and destinations approved for their service. Active customer operational records are generally retained for the service term plus 90 days; support records may be retained for up to 12 months after the relationship ends; and prospect or trial-request records may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful activity. Shorter deletion periods may apply when information is no longer needed, while legal, security, accounting or dispute obligations may require limited records to be kept longer.
Choices and requests
You may ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your trial request or service. Send the request from the email address connected to the record to kevin@revstackapp.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain the minimum information needed to honor an opt-out, protect the service or meet a legal obligation.
Security and changes
RevStack uses access controls and data-minimization practices intended to protect the information it handles, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
